Scott Chafian is celebrating his 20th wedding anniversary with Cindy by staying true to his vows and caring for his wife “in sickness” as in health. Cindy has been living on dialysis for the last two years because of her polycystic kidney disease. The left kidney had already been removed while her right started shutting down shortly afterwards.

94-Year-old Graduates College Online with Bachelor’s and 4.0 GPA
Amy Craton didn’t see herself “just sitting
around watching Netflix all day” in her old age, so she went back to school — and met her goal with timeless success.
The 94-year-old graduated from Southern New Hampshire University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in creative writing and English, and did it while earning a perfect grade point average of 4.0.

After Fire Closes Restaurant, Owner Pays Staff to Volunteer For Others
When a faulty water heater caused a fire in the backroom of this restaurant, the employees were prepared to be out of their jobs.
But instead of a complete staff layoff, the management of El Moro Spirits and Tavern in Durango, Colorado decided to continue paying the employees their regular wages in exchange for giving back to the community.

Elaine Mays has not gotten a haircut since 1994 – but now for the sake of charity, she let go of her long mane of hair.
By cutting off 55 inches of hair, the 56-year-old managed to raise about $3,000 for Cancer Research UK.
